With your date of birth I will also calculate your dominant energies that influence your life, according to the Yantra Yoga science, the mathematics behind the symmetry of the universe.
These teachings are all lineage based and I have been practicing for years to really understand their transformative power.
My yoga journey started in Italy 10 years ago with my first teacher and continued in UK online and in person. Yoga helped me to align with my nature, connect with others and build abundance in my life like nothing before.
I have a total of 500hrs yoga teacher training and many more hours of practice and study of the traditional texts.
Yoga can really make a difference in your life to calm your nervous system and help you live in the present moment, like nature intended you to be.
