About me

I am an experienced Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher- I will have a pre consultation with all my students to discuss what they want from their yoga practice to determine which style they would like to practice . I treat each student individually as we are all unique my goals is to share my knowledge and philosophy of each of my yoga practices in a simple way .
