I have recently changed my career by obtaining a degree in primary education because I only want to teach from now on! I am passionate about teaching and love to see students reach their highest potential. I have worked with SEN pupils in SEN schools as well as mainstream schools. I have worked with EAL pupils in the UK and also internationally (Middle East and Romania). I understand students can feel intimidated or shy when learning to speak another language, hence I like to build a rapport with my pupils and make them feel comfortable learning with me. It is important for me to understand my pupils wants and needs and to know if the lessons are working for them. I strive to modify my lessons based around the pupil using teaching strategies that work best for them. I believe that learning should be fun for all pupils, hence my lessons will include engaging and interesting activities.
