My goal is to encourage and train students to build study habits at school and at home. I include discussions during my class and try to build cooperation between the students so that they can exchange their own ideas and understand different perspectives of the same content. According to me group work helps students to learn more so I also use that in my classroom. Apart from this, my favourite way of teaching is play base learning techniques that helps students to involve in study actively. According to me learning is not only book based or a chapter that we have to read and learn something it's about what ever, whenever happened in life, teach us a lesson of life. So always try to learn from every where don't feel shy or uncomfortable with other just share your thoughts feelings with others might you get something new or solution of your problem. So always be expressive. Because in my life I learnt through express my experience my feelings with others when I was learning a english as a foreign language. One of my tutor told me to say what ever you have in your mind just use your own life experience to share with others than fearlessly i start speaking English that was the milestone of my life to learn. After that I didn't hesitate to speak infront of others. So we always need motivation and support to speak confidently. I hope I will be help you to become confident.
