Teaching Mandarin in my local junior school has equipped me with the ability to make my lessons both enjoyable and meaningful through the use of interactive exercises to help you excel in your Chinese learning journey. As a Hong Konger, I can teach you the most commonly used slangs and idioms perfect for travelling and communicating with native speakers. My teaching will be more than just from a textbook as I will teach you the words and phrases you need for daily conversations. Lessons are fully flexible in terms of both time and content, so just let me know a week before what you want to learn and I will customise a lesson just for you!

Lessons usually last for one hour each, through online platforms (either on zoom or google meet). Every week you will be given a short but useful assignment to practise your reading, writing, listening or oral skills in Mandarin. These will be marked and returned the lesson after submission and supportive feedback will be given.
