Hi! I am a confident, enthusiastic and encouraging teacher. My lessons would be fun and engaging, whilst making sure that the student is learning and acquiring all the knowledge they need. I would focus on grammar as my first area, as I think this is the key in mastering a language, but I would mix in smaller amounts of vocabulary which I think provide more fun and creativity for the lessons. I have taught English lessons to Spanish students before which has given me lots of experience in teaching a language, and I would say I understand how to get students to come out of their shells with languages. I have obtained the C1 diploma in Spanish, which has made me understand myself the process of learning and studying a language, making me understand what really needs to be targeted. I would be prepared to come to lessons with prepared topics to study according to which exam the student is preparing to take. I would also be very happy to teach topics more on my own accord if it simply the student's interest to learn Spanish rather than take an actual exam. Nonetheless I would fill my lessons with things to test the student's listening, speaking, writing and grammar skills. I also like to create games in order to make the learning more entertaining for the student. I will also make sure to push the student to the best of their ability, whilst allowing them to feel comfortable and not pushed too hard.
