I am a physics undergraduate and I enjoy passing on tips and tricks I picked up at school when it comes to studying. For the past 4 years I have taught at a large range of abilities and ages. I tutor maths from primary school to A-level; physics GCSE and A-level; chemistry GCSE; Italian and Spanish GCSE.

My main focus, especially in my day to day at university, is mathematics. We will begin sessions with an introduction of the topic and check for your current understanding or existing difficulties. I will always work through examples with you and I will expect you to keep these for future reference. There will be lots of practice to consolidate your understanding and progress to higher grades. I will assess tou progress regularly, to ensure you are benefitting from the lessons.

I can advise you on studying/revision techniques if you wish! I can support you in preparing for a specific exam, specific topics or a whole course.

You will know around 1 week in advance what topics we will cover in sessions and do let me know if you would like to make any changes to the study plan!

I understand that maths can be intimidating. My goal will be to boost your confident and give you a solid foundation of the subject. If you have specific target grades we can also work towards these nonetheless our sessions will help you progress anyway!
