I like to provide lessons how students prefer and according to their levels. Helping students with special needs is my one of the specialities. Breaking down the topic and explain that in different ways until the student becomes confident in that area is my pattern to teach.
I am working with different schools through different agencies and that gives me lots of opportunities to understand student's thinking, behaviour issues and much more. I try to imply proper strategies to engage students in the lesson and make them joyable where possible.
I am using twinkle at the moment for my resources. That could be changed due to needs of student's capacity.
