I am passionate about Latin dance(salsa,bachata, kizomba,zouk,kompa,line dancing). I have been teaching in West Africa for more than 15 years in (Nigeria, Ghana, Benin Republic).

Dance is the best way to exercise while having fun, a great way to destress, improves mental health, and team building, and teaches how to work with others. Dancing makes you feel younger and improves your sleeping....

With my curriculum and styles of teaching, you get to learn upper and lower body coordination, freestyling, musicality, and hip movement.

Private classes prices are based on number of hours per day and how many times per week.

£20 per hour
£70 per month for 4(1hr) classes
£120 per month for 8(1hr) classes

Group or couple classes are negotiatable (up 20% discount)

There are lots of different places where you can enjoy dancing, for example, at dance schools, social venues, community halls, and in your own home. Dancing has become such a popular way to be active and keep fit, that most fitness clubs now offer dance classes in their group exercise programs.

Dancing can be done both competitively and socially. It can be a great recreational and sporting choice because anyone of any age can take part. It doesn’t matter whether it is cold or raining, as dancing is usually done indoors.
