About me

In July 2022, completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance- Registered) in Thailand. acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching.
Teaching experience: Yoga instructor in Muay Thai Academy MTA, Bangkok, mainly teach martial arts practitioners and professional fighters.

My class combining Asana(postures),pranayama (breathing exercise) and meditation practice, helped students develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength.
