I am a Chinese national who has lived in China for 22 years and completed a total of 16 years of primary, middle, high school and university studies in China. I have passed the Level 1A Chinese Putonghua certificate and am fluent in standard Chinese. In addition, I have a 7.0 IELTS test score and can communicate with students in English on a daily basis and in the classroom without any problems.

During my college years, I have worked as a tutor for various high school students in language, English, history, and geography and helped them to do well in their exams. In addition, I have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and enjoy discussing hot topics in different fields with my friends.

As a native speaker of Chinese, I have strong confidence in my Chinese language skills. As a staff member with tutoring experience, I also have strong confidence in my ability to teach as well as communicate.
I prefer a video-conferencing format, and will provide a PowerPoint and appropriate reading materials for the content of the lesson. If needed, I will provide classroom exercises and post-class assignments to better grasp the new knowledge. The content and format of the lessons can be customized to meet the needs of the student, and a detailed lesson plan will be provided for reference prior to the lesson.
