I'm an open minded Guy that have been teaching english for the last 5 years, mostly kids and adults. I'm a huge fan of Paulo Freire, a brazilian educator, and Just like him I believe in personalized teaching. Everyone learns in a different pace and with different stimuli, so its up to the teacher to identify and adapts itself for the best interest of the students.
