I am passionate in wanting to help students to get an "Additional Advantage” in their post 16 education and providing them with the skills to succeed in university, and beyond.

I have 20+ years teaching and supporting students from Level 1 to Masters, and I wish to support each of my students whatever their ability level to reach their full potential. I have worked in FE colleges for several years before teaching and supporting students at university level more recently (USW, Cardiff University)

I will provide Post 16 educational coaching/study skills support for all, but I am especially focused on those students who may have additional needs such as Neurodiversity (Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD)

Frame the Conversation- I find out about you first, about what makes you tick, and what doesn’t work for you

Understand the Current State- I find out where you are at the moment.

Explore the Desired State- I find out where you want to be in the future.

Lay Out a Success Plan- We work together to develop your skills to successfully succeed academically, and going forward in the future.
