Yoga lessons that are tailored to you!

I wholeheartedly believe in a person centred experience. I passionately believe that yoga can help everyone. I have taught everyone from 80 year old ladies to convicted murderers and terrorists yoga, and can truly say that there is a practice to suit every person.

I will go through what you are most wanting to get out of your lessons, and adjust and modify as we go along to ensure your goals are met. I like to ensure that all clients have a positive experience and leave each session feeling more serene, grounded and relaxed.

I have delivered yoga lessons to staff at corporate events, and I am open to tailored group work sessions.

My main priority is ensuring a safe and positive experience. I have undertaken work with clients to assist their recovery from various ailments, such as major open heart surgery, substance misuse and addiction and a wide variety of mental health conditions.

I have always received nothing but positive feedback, (even from all the prisoners!) and I am very proud to have been told that I have helped people to make a positive difference to their lives

I feel strongly that yoga should be accessible to all, and I operate to ensure that is a reality for my clients. I offer modifications, personalised lessons, practice sessions, supporting literature and bespoke design lessons to ensure that all needs are appropriately catered to.
