Hi . I have been residing in various geographical locations in the past 9 years. (USA, Switzerland, Germany) I have been interacting with people with varied ethnicity and I think I would be able to understand a non native English speaker better.
In the classes , we would be dealing with scenario based conversation, decoding common widespread English words and phrases , activities to increase word bank (writing as well) , an easy activity post session to encourage overcoming the hesitation, making the student assimilate information from an article, tasks to understand the selection of appropriate words for individual particularities , comprehensive approach to understand grammar usage, empowering the student to have a professional oral and written skill , making sure the student grasps the concepts of polite and refined office scenario conversations , enabling the student to be confident in writing professional letters and emails. Engaging the student through out the session by conversing. I would be asking the student for what they expect from the sessions at the start . The course would then be tailor made for the particular student. For instance if the student wants additional focus on professional or context based words usage , the future session’s focal point and base would be that. The classes would be online and the students queries even after the classes would be addressed in the follow up sessions . Learning language can be easy and engaging ! Any other improvements or suggestions from the student would be appreciated.
