Introduction:
hello and thank you for being here, my Name is Sina , I've been working as a marketing manager for 5 years and general manager for 2 , I have MBA and BSc in business management also Marketing management qualification ,right now I'm studying MSc marketing in UK.

goal and focus:

I'm here to cover the basics of business management for you ,from how to do the logistic to how have effective interaction with you suppliers to your buyers, lesson will be a little complicated but rest assured that I will explain them in very simple terms so you would enjoy and can implement them in the future business opportunity.

Session Format:
we will have 1 hour sessions with 10 minute breaks and you will be given a 15min task for each sessions.

Content Coverage:
for every learner we will assign a consulting session to optimize our material to their desired term length .

Homework and Resources:
every 2 sessions will be an assignment for you to do, and in the intermediate level ,you will practice real business situations.
