I have an experience of 3 years of being a mother teacher in a reputed educational institution in my home country India where I used to create a friendly environment for enhancing students participation as well learning also.
Moreover, I used to plan activities which seemed interesting to them and they really enjoyed them while indulging themselves in those activities.
I made weekly planner of the classwork which is supposed to be discussed in the class with the kids during the week. It was compulsory to introduce the topic with fun and creative activities so I do the same.
All of my students of grade 1 and 2 were really close to me and we had a great time together
