I’ve always wanted to learn Italian but just never got around to it until someone recommended getting in touch with Silvia. I’m very glad I did! At 62, I’m not the easiest of students to teach as I need time to absorb and learn, so Silvia’s patience & warm personality make all the difference. Thankfully, classes with her are fun!
I am just a beginner learning the basics, but I do know that Silvia is a published author, poet, and journalist, so I would imagine that more advanced students would benefit greatly from her depth of understanding of Italian literature & creative writing.
Another great advantage is that although most of the class is conducted in Italian, Silvia’s command of English is excellent. She tells me that she is also qualified to teach English to advanced levels, so she could be the ideal teacher for Italian speakers wanting to learn English.
