I have 3 years experience as a tutor. Learning is fun with me. I understand each students and their learning needs, this enables me design an appropriate and effective learning technique for each student.

I also use effective questioning techniques to engage my students in other to build their confidence. I use summative and formative assessment to ensure topics are well understood. I also reinforce and appraise my students for a job well done as a way of appreciating them and boosting their self-esteem.

Metacognition is another technique I use to do appraisal for my students. It serves as a motivation and an opportunity to work harder. It provide students self-reflection during and after a session.
