I will use Powerpoint presentations on the topics the students will to learn more about or simply revise on. I will be presenting questions and exercises and encourage the student to work through them with me as they listen to the lesson. I will give homework exercises that are similar to the ones that are required of the student from their school so they can practice more. The content of the lessons will be very individual, based on the needs of the student.
I unfortunately do not have any previous experience with tutoring Biology, but as a 20-year-old starting 3rd year of Applied Medical Sciences BSc at a top 10 university (UCL), having graduated with a 1st and a 2:1 my first and second year, respectively. I find myself to be very capable of tutoring students in high school Biology.
