Sidhartha Sahu

I believe that the strength of an educational institution is fundamentally rooted in how educated and passionate its teachers are in their specialization. Throughout my master's degree and my Ph.D., I have thoroughly enjoyed listening and teaching with my professors and peers at lectures and study sessions. Although a Ph.D. or a master's thesis is an independent research project, I have often found myself stagnating with my thoughts and almost always, I have either generated a new idea/approach or found solutions to my problems by merely bringing it up in my conversations or teaching.

To formally have the opportunity of passing down knowledge to several brilliant minds of this country by designing/delivering courses or lectures is incredibly exciting. Besides, I also believe preparing myself to conduct a session or a lecture will not just involve conceptual learning but also bolster my public speaking and delivery skills. I sincerely look forward to pursuing my role as a tutor and I aspire to build a constructive mindset in students that will benefit not only them but the organization as a whole.
