I am currently completing my master's degree in Business Analytics from the Imperial College, London. I have a part-time teaching experience of 2 years back in India where the education system is quite similar to that of the UK.
My ultimate goal is to "Teach how to catch the fish" rather than "catching the fish myself" for my students. This ideology helps the student become independent while complex problem solving and also make them ready for any challenge that comes their way.
I adopt new and unique ways (sometimes funny) to make my students understand the concept depending on the subject I teach that enables them to understand the topic better.
