Short and sweet lessons followed by a longer review lesson.
Lots of key information to write down and 1 to 1 help with any issues you have surrounding the topic at hand.
Relaxed environment to help you learn the topics at hand at your own pace.
Short tasks and some longer projects to give you experience in both kinds of conditions.
The key focus of my lessons will be to help YOU specifically. There is no set curriculum, only a list of objectives and timeframes for said objectives.
If you fail to complete an objective, it will be done again and again until it is complete as with most tutoring. However, to break up the tedium that lessons can sometimes bring you can retry one objective immediately or whenever you feel you'll be able to. Flexibility is what brings results, not drilling.
My mentor I had when I began music production not only shaped how I produced, but also formed a relationship with me. Unlike most teachers who'll throw a book at you, he would sit and ask you what you need specifically. He'd give advice he had learned through his years of production and ultimately lessons like that in a more relaxed 1 to 1 environment had a bigger impact on me than my more formal education. Now, a couple years later, I hope to give back that enthusiasm he gave me and help a new wave of producers and musicians be not only taught how to be good with music and sound, but to inspire them alongside that.
