A Little Bit About Who I Am:
I’m an experienced educator and academic based in West London, currently working as a Director of Studies and Personal Tutor Lead at a leading foundation college.
Over the past decade I’ve taught and mentored students in Mathematics, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science across GCSE, A-Level, Foundation, and University levels.
I’ve worked with learners from diverse backgrounds (home and international) and understand how to adapt lessons to each student’s goals, pace, and confidence level.
I believe in steady progress through clear explanation and consistent practice. My sessions are structured but friendly, focusing on making complex topics feel logical and achievable.
What I Can Offer:
• One-to-one and small-group online tuition
• Tailored learning plans for long-term academic growth
• Support for coursework, exam preparation, and study skills
• Guidance for transition into University-level study
• Ongoing mentoring for students who need motivation and structure
My students often comment that they leave each lesson with a clearer understanding, renewed confidence, and a practical plan for what to work on next.

Statistics (A-Level)
Experience:
I’ve spent over a decade teaching and mentoring students in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics at various levels — from GCSE and A-Level through to Foundation and University.
Currently, I serve as Director of Studies and Personal Tutor Lead at a foundation college in London, where I oversee academic programmes, design curricula, and support both home and international students. Alongside management duties, I continue to teach Mathematics and Computer Science to Foundation and pre-University cohorts.
My previous experience includes lecturing in Mathematics at the University of West London, where I taught undergraduate Engineering and Computer Science students, supervised dissertations, and contributed to curriculum design and academic quality assurance.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of learners through private tuition, helping them achieve exam success, secure places at top universities, and—most importantly—gain lasting confidence in their mathematical and analytical abilities.
Tutoring Approach:
Every student learns differently, and my approach reflects that. I start by understanding the learner’s goals, current level, and confidence, then develop a structured and supportive plan tailored to their pace.
Lessons are designed to build strong conceptual understanding before moving on to complex problem-solving. I use a mix of worked examples, guided practice, and past paper questions, ensuring students not only know how to solve problems but also why each step makes sense.
My sessions are calm, interactive, and encouraging. I focus on helping students overcome anxiety around difficult topics, breaking concepts into clear, logical steps. Over time, this approach helps learners build self-belief, independence, and critical thinking skills that last well beyond the exam.
Whether you’re aiming for top grades, preparing for university, or rebuilding confidence in a subject you’ve found difficult, I’ll help you get there through patience, clarity, and consistent progress.
