Yoga was originally a breathwork practice so it's super important to connect to the breath throughout your yoga/asana practice.
After the meditation and breathwork, we'll move into a mindful warm-up, focusing on how your body feels, moving with intention. Once you're warm we'll move into sun salutations practice and flow. I’m qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative, but specialise in a dynamic style of Vinyasa, focusing on conditioning and strengthening the body whilst improving flexibility and balance.
When we flow we'll work on certain areas of the body where you feel you are holding tension, for example... the hips and hamstrings, glutes and quads, or shoulders and neck
