In my yoga classes, I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their experience or background, can fully immerse themselves in the practice. My teaching style is rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga, but I also incorporate elements from my diverse experiences, such as children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, and outdoor sessions.
My lessons typically start with grounding exercises to center the body and mind, followed by a sequence of asanas designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. I pay special attention to breathwork, guiding students through pranayama techniques to deepen their practice and enhance mindfulness. Whether in a private one-on-one session, a group class, or an outdoor setting, I tailor each lesson to the unique needs of the students present. I encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, offering variations and modifications so that everyone can practice safely and effectively.
With over 450 hours of teacher training certified by Anahata Yoga and recognized by the Yoga Alliance, I bring both experience and a passion for lifelong learning to each class. I have had the privilege of teaching various groups, including large outdoor gatherings, intimate classes with children, and prenatal sessions for expecting mothers. My travels have further enriched my teaching style, allowing me to blend traditional techniques with creative approaches that resonate with different audiences.
Ultimately, my classes are more than just physical exercises—they are holistic experiences designed to connect mind, body, and spirit in a balanced and harmonious way. I invite everyone to join, no matter where they are on their yoga journey.
