The way the lesson will be set out is simple; students can ask in advance of a topic they want to go through or a set of problems and I will try my best to explain them and work through them step-by-step. I ask for these in advance as it allows me to prepare prior to the tutoring and create a session that is tailor-made for the student. I can also work through exam board content such as mock questions or papers to try and explain the answer through its logical sequence and the approach that might be best to use as well as the way to think when dealing with difficult questions.

I would prefer for the session to be online and therefore would like to use an application suitable for both of us but really any application that supports video calls works. Also I will be using some form of a visualiser or a virtual whiteboard where I can write down and go through problem sets or discuss particular topics.

I have had previous experience tutoring, both in-person and online, and I have tutored at many different levels. The formatting I have used and the tutoring I provided has helped students improve results and confidence in exams, regardless of their starting point.
