I am a native Chinese speaker who speaks standard mandarin, and is professional at English as well; therefore, I could, on the one hand, teach students authentic Chinese, and on the other hand, communicate fluently with students and their family members. More importantly, I have lived in China for 22 years (18 years in Southern China, and 4 years in Northern China), so I can say that I know the customs, language habits, and differences between the north and the south of China very well. In this respect, I can give students more vivid language teaching through my own experiences and stories and help them better understand and master more Chinese culture and customs, so that they can not only learn a language but also deeply understand a country's culture. I believe that this kind of language atmosphere teaching is more interesting, vivid, and efficient.

I also believe that student needs are important and depending on the learning needs of different students, I will customise my learning approach to achieve the best achievable learning goals.
