I am a passionate individual who enjoys teaching Sciences and English. I have acted as a mentor to both younger students from years 1-5 and also have experience in mentoring IGCSE Pupils in science-based subjects, helping them achieve high grades. Another great strength of mine is my ability to work with pupils, both older and younger. I have been Head Girl of both my secondary school and college, which has encouraged me to work with a wide range of age groups, allowing my interpersonal communication to be a great strength of mine.

I aim to keep students engaged by first
building rapport with them, to understand how they learn best. I do this with younger students by finding out some of their interests, and then using them in examples. I also break tasks down into blocks or segments to lessen boredom and to keep students actively listening and learning
