Every grade’s student will be having different kind of syllabus so it’s important to make sure to go through the whole syllabus and also it is important to understand the mindset of every student.First thing I do is to get to know about the student. How well they know about the subject and where they lag behind. After that I would like to prepare the notes as per their comfort and capacity of reading. After teaching them regarding that topic, I usually provide them the notes and ask them to go through that thoroughly. After that’s done I give them the surprise test and check their knowledge level. Based on the score I proceed.
