I have always admired teachers as they helped me reach my targets. I believe I am now here thanks to their support and hard work. This is why I have pursued tutoring as my part-time job as I see it as a great opportunity to help other students who may struggle towards their studies to reach their goals since this will affect their future.

I strive to help every student reach their targets and I never give up, as I believe every student is capable of achieving what they put their mind to. I have 3 years of tutoring experience, I have been teaching many students across different ages, and I have excellent knowledge on how to approach them and allow them to understand their topics: I try to make my lessons as engaging as they can be because this will allow the students to interact and remember better, I will ask questions as I teach to make sure the student is following me, give plenty of exhaustive examples and questions to make the most out of the lessons. I always allow them to practice on their own to assess their understanding and then I will focus on the areas they need to improve in, to make sure they get it. I always put the students' needs at the centre, so if I feel like my approach is not benefitting the student, I am more than happy to adapt to their needs.

Shiza has been an amazing at teaching me maths. She is really helpful and assists me with topics I struggle on in school, however Shiza teaches me in a way that makes me actually understand what I am learning about. I would definitely recommend learning from Shiza for any subjects you struggle on.
