My first step will be to learn about the student. Their personality, character, likes/dislikes etc
From here we will talk about their education journey so far as well as extracurricular activities they have interest in
I also advise on wellbeing and mindfulness to ensure a full circle service and that the student is at their highest levels to enable highest success
Finally, I learn about their goals as well as introduce my thoughts considering what I have learnt from them. Look at more than 2/3 paths towards success
From this one session could be enough - though most book a minimum of 3 with many utilizing me on a regular basis

I was formerly a headhunter and have built careers for thousands over the years
Over the last 4 years I have helped train, develop and encourage those from both office and education environments

My offering is unique and allows for my professional experience to help build paths students may not have thought of but also a bespoke journey on how to get there
I am constantly on call and available to ensure students have someone to talk to/ bounce new ideas
My focus on their wellbeing also enables the student to manage stress/ look after themselves
