I have been intensely trained under my Bachelor of Engineering, Biotechnology course on
subjects such as Heat and Mass Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fermenter Design and Control, Reaction Engineering, Mathematics and Biostatistics and subjects like Immunology, Enzyme Technology, Cell and Developmental Biology, Clinical Research and Data Management, Bioethics, Biosafety and IPR, Basics of Pharmaceutical Science, Bioinformatics and many more. My career as Quality Control Associate in Dr. Reddy’s laboratories gave me hands on experience and expertise on analytical techniques on Biochemical and Molecular biology techniques.
I have trained colleagues in over ten techniques, such as SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and HPLC operation and calibration. My professional English skills have also allowed me to effectively interact with EMEA regulatory auditors, ensuring smooth compliance and communication. I've always had a passion for teaching and guiding my peers, driven by my keen attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of concepts. Since 7th grade, I've gained valuable experience through voluntary teaching and assisting friends with their exam preparations. My approach involves using analogies and breaking down complex topics into smaller, more manageable pieces. By ensuring that the fundamentals are thoroughly understood, I help others grasp the overall flow and articulate or reproduce their knowledge effectively during exams.
