I taught in a primary school in Hong Kong for three years. I teach English, Music, General Studies and STEM to Primary 1 to 6 students. Before that, I also had a wealth of private tutoring experience for elementary school students. I am currently a teaching assistant at a primary school in the UK and my main role is to help children with special educational needs in the third grade classroom. I apply appropriate learning activities and teaching methods according to students' abilities to improve their learning motivation and effectiveness. Rewards and verbal encouragement are used a lot in my courses.
