I have been teaching since 2005. I attended the Institute of Education. I hold QTS. I personalise the lessons through assessment for learning. I explain, demonstrate, model and assess. I get the students to feedback verbally then written. I also ensure that I practise past exam questions with students to build confidence and experience.
I use videos, PowerPoint and self made resources.
I get students to do cloze activities and multiple choice to build confidence.
I give opened questions to check understanding.
I get students to complete exams papers to see the grade they are working at. Also, to target areas for improvement. I build good student teacher relationship so that students confident when learning!
