I have been teaching English as a second language online to both child and adult learners from all over the world since 2019. I then obtained a TEFL certificate in 2023 and have also taught in-person classes at summer school, teaching teenagers on a cultural exchange trip from several different countries.

I have been able to adapt my teaching style according to the learner’s needs to ensure that they get the most out of the experience, enabling them to learn as much as possible and achieve their goal.
My love of language stems from my early life and my love of reading, which has led to a strong desire to help other with their language. In addition to teaching, I’m a writer, editor and proofreader and use my skill with words in this respect.

I've been told that I'm a patient tutor and that my London accent is clear and easy to understand. I will discuss a student's needs with them from the outset to determine how best to assist them, and then put a plan in place that is unique to them.

My educational background includes a Law degree and much of my working life was spent in the insurance industry. I was born and bred in the UK.
