I will be your tutor who has experience with staff-training. Also, helped my peers back at uni and friends in the past with assignments and course topics they struggled with by using different learning tools, such as visual arts and created note summaries to make topics clearer and easier to understand, which was a big help!

My aim with sessions is to make learning enjoyable and easier to understand while preparing for exams. I help students connect with topics making them exciting, therefore they feel more optimistic about tackling work and achieving higher grades. I achieve this by: Identifying learning material, and tutee knowledge in topic they are struggling with and what they want to achieve; planning sessions using tools tailored to your learning style; frequently practising questions, marked and feedback; using progress reports.

I studied Biomedical Science, and Maths at A-level. My tutoring journey started earlier this year and I have been enjoying it ever since. Not only do I aim to support your needs and help you enjoy Maths, but I will mentor you and give you the confidence and reassurance you need to get you through your studies!

I am a problem solver and I keep pushing until I find answers. That is exactly what we will do. The idea is for you to leave the session knowing you can tackle aything and to progress until you are satisfied.

Lessons available during the week only from Monday - Friday, but not on weekends.

Lessons range from 1 - 1.5h. They can be workshop based with questions you have discussed or planned topic sessions where I teach what you need to know. We will go through a few questions as practice, and close the session with work that needs to be completed to check your understanding.

To summarise I provide, tailored sessions, monthly tests per topic, with answers and feedback, progress reports, how to tackle exam questions, notes and extra resource materials for revision and revision tips.

This is a safe place where all issues can be discussed, whether it is issues in school or even general concerns about studies or life.
