I have completed my master’s degree (Organic chemistry). For the past 10plus years I have been teaching chemistry tuitions for A level students.



Organic chemistry:



I will start by explaining IUPAC nomenclature, then help by teaching the techniques to draw mechanisms and reactions.

Good in explaining all reasoning questions, spectroscopy techniques, and isomerism.

Help the students with identification tests for organic compounds.



Inorganic chemistry:



Start by explaining the periodic table, bonding, electronic configuration trends of IE, AE, atomic radius, atomic sizes across the periods and groups.

Teaching the groups, periods that are in scope for A-level.

I will help the students by teaching easy techniques for the complex topic of inorganic chemistry “transitions metals”.



Physical chemistry:



Explain the students about techniques to complete the mathematical part of physical chemistry.

Help them in understanding the kinetics, energetics, equilibrium, thermodynamics, redox chemistry and acids & bases.



My teaching techniques are below

During my first lesson I will access the students to find out their strengths and weaknesses of their chemistry knowledge.
I will explain individual topics that they need help with and send the specific topic questions to answer.
During the academic year I will help them to prepare their school ternal mock exams.
Before 2 months of their final exams, I will work with them to complete 5 to 10 past exam papers so that they are 100% ready for their exams.
I will always aim for A* but final grades depend on individual hard work.
