I have 2years experience in teaching mathematics in secondary schools in Kenya from 9th grade to 12th grade.I have good communication skills and and good listening skills and also good in mathematics and time conscious in my classes are the key to good performance .I have been able to handle final high-school class and they were able to perform well because of the qualities I use in my class, also discipline is the key to good performance. I prefer my students to be discipline so as to be able to perform well in exams and mostly in mathematics. I use student centered methods in my teachings.First the student should have a pen and a writing material where by while am explaining the student is able to write down the problems and attempt to solve some and be able to write the examples in the writing material. Also because it is online tutoring the student should be able to have a laptop and a high-speed Internet whereby while I use my whiteboard ,and a webcam and the laptop to explain and teach ,the student is able to see what am doing and write them down and be able to tell me where he/she has not understood. Also I teach what the student wants me to teach .So first we will first seat down and discuss the topics the students wants me to teach and also the areas where he/ she wants more time taken when doing them will be very useful in my introduction
