Hi! I'm Shashank Kulkarni. I've completed my high school in India with a very good percentage in Maths. I continued pursuing Maths as a base for my career and now I'm learning Financial Technology in the University of Westminster, London. Currently I'm pursuing Masters and I've completed Bachelor's in Commerce while in India. I was persuing Chartered Accountancy in India, but due to some unfortunate reasons I had to stop that. Maths and statistics play a vital role in the field of Finance and hence I've a tremendous amount of love for maths and statistics.
Being a maths tutor of primary level kids, my goal is to connect the kids with the outer world and make them prepared for daily transactions where Maths and presence of mind go hand in hand. It's very important that all the kids must know the basic level of maths so as to deal with everyday challenges. In today's world, it doesn't matter if you love the subject of maths or not, what matters is you should know the basics of maths and beware of the fraudsters who can take your undue advantage of you're not good at calculations.
I will focus on making their basic skills strong rather than giving them all the bookish knowledge.
Kids should know how to make Maths as a part of their daily life and not get scared when they hear someone talking about numbers. I will make them confident enough to do quick calculations needed in today's world so that they will not get scammed.
