My maths lessons are personalised and designed to be both interactive and engaging, catering to students studying GCSE and below. Each lesson begins with a clear focus on identifying the areas where the student needs the most support. I break down difficult concepts into smaller, manageable parts to make them easier to understand. Throughout the lesson, I use a variety of teaching methods such as visual aids, interactive problem-solving, and real-world examples to keep the student engaged and ensure they can apply what they’ve learned.

I structure my lessons to progressively build confidence, starting with basic concepts and moving towards more challenging material as the student gains mastery. I offer plenty of opportunities for students to practise independently, and I provide constructive feedback to track progress and address any issues. My aim is to make sure that students don’t just memorise formulas, but truly understand the reasoning behind each concept.

With my background in achieving a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics and an A* in A-Level Mathematics, I have the experience to support students at various levels, whether they are struggling with the basics or preparing for exams. I am patient, encouraging, and focused on helping students develop problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning.

Above all, I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel confident and empowered to ask questions and explore the subject in depth. Together, we work towards building a solid foundation in maths that will set them up for future success.
