My lessons will entail:
1. Spending time discussing Exam Specification, making connections between school work and tutor sessions, working on feedback from teachers to ensure student has goals to work towards, hence the tutor and student have a plan to work towards.
2. Lessons will be focused on retaining theoretic knowledge around the topics, improve critical and reflective skills to to improve evaluation technique, spend time working on essay skills including structuring and critical analysis of essays, and observing progress between school work and tutor sessions.
3. Students will practice past papers with the tutor under set time conditions and peer review essay with students observing how to write perfect exam model answers against marking schemes.
4. Students will be taught key memorisation techniques such as acronyms, spider diagrams, brainstorming to enable student to remember content well for future exam.

I hope to collaboratively work with the student, open to listening to the students worries and concerns regarding where they need assistance whilst motivating the student to work on goals which can help them attain higher grades.
