I have extensive travel and cultural experience having had the pleasure of living with many families around the world. I taught English conversation in Brazil school and within my home to many homestay students.

I like to inject more fun into learning by discussing life experiences ,culture, travel, music and dance . I find that it enhances conversations allowing openness for mutual, inclusive learning for everyone to contribute with more ease.

It has been wonderful to observe the growth in student language by being more creative, fun and actually doing things as opposed to just talking about them. The use of visual art and music are most helpful in my teaching.
