Sharon Mary Tomson

I am a Masters student in Astrophysics at Cardiff University with a track record of successfully tutoring A-Level students in Physics and Mathematics, resulting in significant improvement. As a Demonstrator for Computational Physics at the university, I help students solve mathematical problems using Jupyter notebook. Additionally, I have gained research experience as an intern at a top institute in India. I believe that understanding the physical significance of these subjects is the key to achieving good grades, as concepts such as projectile motion and the Fibonacci sequence can be found in everyday life. With prior experience in online tutoring for UK students at both A-Level and GCSE levels, I take a friendly and individualized approach to ensure each student's unique needs are met. I prefer one-on-one tutoring as it allows me to tailor my teaching style to each student's learning style.
