I’m an enthusiastic teacher who has worked for 27 years as an English tutor. I loved working internationally in Japan, Italy, France and the UAE before coming back to the UK. I am an expert in teaching IELTS and love helping students get the score they need.
My lessons are dynamic and fun. I believe you learn more when you are relaxed so I make sure I get to know you to make you feel at ease. It’s important for me that every minute of your lessons are an opportunity for you to learn. I always have clear lesson aims and give you plenty of time to practise.
In each lesson, we will discuss the problems you have and address each. If you lack confidence in your speaking, I will work on building your spoken English to overcome this very common issue. Or you may be having difficulty in your job because of your language skills. We would work on finding the source of the problem and develop the essential skills necessary to succeed.
I use all my experience to create a realistic learning plan for you to follow. Each lesson builds on previous lessons and you will be amazed at how quickly you improve with a targeted approach.
I am truly passionate about helping students achieve their goals. I believe my natural approach to teaching has been the key to my success. I can’t wait to get our lessons started and look forward to working with you. Thank you!
