When I work with people, I will quickly learn about the ins and outs of you and your landscape. I am good with technical content, as well as understanding and being able to get the best from people. I have broad experience of working with many clients and individuals and have a vast and wide range of experiences from a variety of industries. The thing that makes me stand us out is I can also think on my feet, I do not shy away from the difficult conversations, I don’t allow things to go unsaid and I will always deliver without compromise of professionalism and with respect of participants, client and organisation. Even if the topics are sensitive, difficult or uncomfortable I know how to deal with people, how to unlock their participation and nurture their vulnerability and trust in order to get them involved and engaged.

I know what we are good at and focus on it. I specialise in utilising the behavioural aspects of individuals, teams and groups, developing and running projects that bring out the best in a way that remains after I have left. I will say if you ask me to do something I am not good at; although my extensive experience means I have contacts with expertise in many areas of experience from management to consultation, Facilitation to training, Investment to innovation….

I will sit alongside you. Ready to challenge and be challenged, sitting down with you exploring options, needs and opportunities; I do this throughout the working relationship, constantly keeping in touch. This is the start, the middle and the end of how I work with you.

I truly believe the Magic is in the Design. Once I fully understand your needs, I put my energy into interventions that challenge and support your goal. Robust thinking and the unexpected are crafted into exercises and activities and combine to get results alongside being delivered by a competent highly regarded individual.... me!.

My results won’t fit on a spreadsheet. What I do has a real impact on business performance and project outcomes through shifts in behaviour and attitudes. Keeping the end in mind, focussing early on the desired results and constantly challenging you and myself as to whether it’s working and how to proceed.
I am honest, straightforward and warm…. With an edge, I don’t scare easily, and I will tackle the most difficult of issues and get results.

These principles are worthy however it’s when they all come together that good becomes great and the magic really happens.
