I am a Physics graduate with several years of experience working as a Researcher and Teaching assistant. I was among the recipients of the 'Special Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics' for my contribution to a large collaborative research project. For three years, I was the instructor for the practical part of the Computational Physics course at Strathclyde University. I have been a Maths and Physics tutor for a Non-profit organisation called the Homework Club for the past couple of years. I am now looking to take on new pupils. I am passionate about my pupils gaining an understanding of everything that I teach them from the point of view of how the ideas being introduced were discovered and how it helps us in gaining a deeper insight into the world we live in. I am a calm and patient individual who likes to identify what crucial insight it is that a student might be lacking in order to understand a concept. I like to ensure that every topic is well motivated with applications in professional or commercial settings. I also put a strong emphasis on the student understanding the overall gist of the topic on an intuitive level before getting bogged down in the details of calculations.
