My format would depend entirely on the skills of my students. A lot of students don't respond to conventional teaching methods using a board and marker. Depending on how the student is responding to my lessons, I am willing to change the model and format. I could deliver concepts through outdoor activities, I could even teach smaller groups of 2-3 students if that is what is required. Being a teacher requires patience and flexibility, therefore, my teaching methods could be as innovative as my students would like.
