During lessons, I will always show the fact or how you would work something out first. I then ask students to do mini tasks based on this on their own on their own mini white boards. We do this until everybody gets this correct. If students are not getting this I will then reteach the whole class or selected students not understanding. This is then followed by exam practice. During tutor sessions, I'm more likely to use pen and paper rather than flicking through a PowerPoint. This makes it easier for to understand and how to go through a process. My lessons are calm and full of passion which builds a safe learning environment for the students. My goal is to get you the grade that you are hoping for, whether it being GCSE or A level.
