Shaquille in a nutshell
Welcome to My Music Lessons!

I’m a 26-year-old music graduate from London, though I actually grew up in Birmingham, so I’ve got a bit of both cities in me. I’m super passionate about music, especially when it comes to creating scores for films and games. Over the last couple of years, I’ve been teaching music, and it’s something I absolutely love.

What You Can Expect from My Lessons:
My lessons are all about making music fun, engaging, and relevant to what you’re interested in. Whether you’re into composing epic soundtracks, designing cool sound effects, or just want to get better at music production, I’m here to help.

Music Theory & Composition: We’ll dive into the nuts and bolts of music—how to craft melodies, harmonies, and rhythms that really work. But don’t worry, I’ll make sure it’s practical and easy to understand.
Sound Design & Production: I’ll show you how to create amazing sounds using digital audio workstations (DAWs) and other cool tech. It’s all about experimenting and finding your own style.
Scoring for Films & Games: This is my favorite part! We’ll explore how music can tell a story, set a mood, and bring visuals to life. Whether you’re scoring a short film or a game level, I’ll guide you through the whole process.
How We’ll Work Together:
I like to keep things relaxed and interactive. My lessons aren’t just about me talking—they’re about you getting hands-on and experimenting with new ideas. We’ll work on real projects together, whether that’s composing for a scene or producing a track from scratch.

I’m all about making sure you feel comfortable asking questions and bringing your own ideas to the table. We’ll review your work together, and I’ll give you feedback that’s honest but supportive. The goal is to help you grow as a musician and find your unique voice.

A Bit About Me:
I’ve got a degree in Music for Films and Games, and I’ve been teaching for 2 years now. What I bring to the table is a mix of solid theory and real-world experience—stuff that’s not just useful, but actually fun to learn. And because I’m still pretty young myself, I get what it’s like to be figuring out your path in music.

So whether you’re just starting out or you’re already a bit of a pro, I’m here to help you take your music to the next level. Let’s make something amazing together!
